1. About SimpleGames

SimpleGames (simplegames.ie) is an Irish educational games platform operated as an independent venture. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are displayed at the point of purchase in EUR (inclusive of VAT where applicable). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods except where required by law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

SimpleGames is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of educational content, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SimpleGames shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice within the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
